Job Description
Part-Time Bottling & Shop Associate Honest Water LLC - Carlyle, Illinois Honest Water is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to help keep our bottling operation running smoothly. This is a part-time position based at our bottling plant in Carlyle and is perfect for someone looking to earn extra income while working a flexible schedule. As our Bottling & Shop Associate, you'll be the person who keeps home base running. While our delivery drivers are out serving customers, you'll ensure bottled water is produced, the shop stays organized, and everything is ready for the next day's deliveries. Schedule Part-time Approximately 3-4 days per week 3-4 hours per day Flexible scheduling available Pay Starting at $20.00 per hour What You'll Do Operate our purified water bottling equipment. Fill, cap, and prepare 5-gallon water bottles for delivery. Maintain inventory of bottled water to support daily delivery routes. Keep the bottling plant clean, organized, and safe. Perform general shop cleaning and housekeeping. Assist with basic equipment maintenance and identify potential mechanical issues before they become bigger problems. Help ensure the shop is stocked and prepared so our delivery team has everything they need each day. What We're Looking For Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Mechanically inclined is a plus. Someone who takes pride in keeping a workspace clean and organized. Physical Requirements Ability to repeatedly lift and move full 5-gallon water bottles throughout the shift. Comfortable performing frequent bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing. Able to safely handle hundreds of bottles during a typical workday.
