Job Description

As a Hospitality Champion, you'll be a key representative of Chick-fil-A in Chicago Ridge. We're looking for individuals who embody our core values and are committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Role Description:
People/Hospitality:
Provide "2nd Mile Service," creating personalized and memorable experiences. Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment for both guests and team members. Display the Chick-fil-A Core 4: create eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, and stay connected.
Safety/Quality:
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment. Positively and accurately process orders and handle payments, adhering to established procedures. Maintain food safety standards.
Stewardship:
Manage time and resources effectively during high-volume periods. Contribute to a smooth workflow by fulfilling roles both inside and outside Clearly communicate needs and goals to team members and leaders.
Skill Development:
Participate in training programs to enhance your hospitality and service skills. Explore opportunities for career advancement within Chick-fil-A. Receive and implement feedback for growth.
REQUIREMENTS
