What we are looking for:

We are looking for passionate industry professionals, who are outgoing, friendly, detail-oriented, and reliable. Our ideal host will provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all our guests by welcoming and warmly greeting them. We want someone who is seeking to become a member of a hard-working and fun team!

What you need:

2 years of experience as a Host in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment and/or equivalent relevant experience 18 or older POS and online ordering systems experience Excellent telephone communication skills Exceptional guest service skills Great work ethic, good listening skills and follows instructions Weekend and Holidays available What makes you great: You are self-motivated and organized You value guest experiences and take pride in everything you do You have skills to resolve problems and know how to handle all guests with composure and hospitality You have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payments. Collaborate with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow. Uphold cleanliness and organization in the dining area and host station. Communicate effectively with team members to enhance the guest experience.
