Job Overview We are seeking energetic "Offsiders" (runners/support staff) to support our restaurant operations. You will perform various tasks, including bussing tables, running food, and delivering room service . Your efforts will help maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of the restaurant, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests - our Offsiders will be the "Swiss army knives" of Chapel Street. Responsibilities and Duties Bus tables and run food to customers promptly. Deliver room service orders efficiently. Polish silverware and glassware to maintain high presentation standards. Assist with other tasks as needed, such as setting up for events or refilling supplies. Quickly and discreetly clean up spills or broken wares. Ensure all tables are level, with chairs and settings straight. Provide excellent customer service and assist guests as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant setting is a plus but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
