Front Of House (FOH) - Service Team Members

Bottle Theory is a restaurant and retail store located in Elmhurst. We offer a rotating draft selection of craft beer, wine and cocktails with a kitchen offering a simple but exciting menu. We're looking for hard working, service-obsessed members of the industry to join our team! We are fanatical about quality food, beverage and great service, and are looking for team-oriented people to join our operation. We are hiring for a front-of-house position. Responsibilities include tending bar, serving tables, and assisting retail customers. •Team members can expect to earn between $18-30/hr with tips. •Sample Responsibilities Greet customers, answer questions, and make food and drink recommendations Take food and drink orders, pour and serve beer and wine, and make cocktails. Manage drink tickets and running beverages to customer tables Be knowledgeable about our beers, wines and cocktails, food menu and merchandise. Restock and replenish taproom inventory and supplies Work with our POS to handle customer orders or handle retail transactions Ensure our guests have a great experience, promptly address any guest concerns Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including compliance with food and beverage regulations Who You Are You're 21 years of age or older Available to work evenings and weekends Prior restaurant or retail experience Strong customer service, communication and multi-tasking skills Food Handlers License and BASSET certification required (can be obtained with Bottle Theory assistance) What Set You Apart You are customer-obsessed Knowledge of craft beer and breweries You are a total team player You love opportunities for learning, and teaching!
