About Us Named one of Evanston's Best Restaurants by Eater Chicago, Inspired Indian is a fast-growing Indian food brand serving the Evanston/Northwestern community across four lines of business: our takeout lunch counter, catering for offices and Northwestern events, the H/eat at Home weekly meal plan, and a national spice kit line. Our menu blends traditional Indian flavors with creative twists — think Paneer Tikka paninis, Bombay Wraps, and other crave-worthy handhelds. We pride ourselves on quality ingredients, warm hospitality, and a work environment where team members are valued and respected. Duties Assemble and griddle sandwiches and wraps to order during our busy lunch rush Assist with catering orders for offices and Northwestern events Package and label refrigerated entrees for our H/eat at Home meal plan Prep and portion fresh ingredients daily, maintaining food safety standards Keep workstation clean, organized, and stocked during service General kitchen prep and light cleaning at shift end Qualifications Strong attention to detail, consistency, and hygiene Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player Thrives in a fast-paced, friendly environment Schedule & Perks Hours Wed-Sat, 10:30am-2:30pm (no late nights — a good fit for a second job or part-time schedule) Hourly pay + tips Daily staff meal Steps from the Noyes Purple Line stop.
