All new hires will start off learning how to brew Dunkin Coffee, create Lattes-Macchiato's and All of our Ice-Coffee's. Once you have mastered the art of coffee you will then move onto the cash register, sandwich station and Drive-thru. We do offer discounted health insurance only after you have been with us for over 90 days. We are a fast paced worked environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle cash transactions. Prepare food and beverages according to Dunkin Donuts standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining and kitchen spaces. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and timely order fulfillment. Upsell products to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Qualifications environments Proficient in cash handling and operating POS systems Strong customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash register operations Experience with food preparation and upselling techniques is a plus
