Seat guests efficiently, ensuring timely service and optimal table utilization using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Provide menu guidance, upsell specials, and promote featured dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and maintain positive guest relations throughout their visit. Manage food and beverage orders accurately through POS systems, process payments securely, and handle cash or credit transactions with precision. Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure seamless service flow. Maintain cleanliness of the front-of-house area, adhere to food safety standards, and follow proper sanitation protocols at all times. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as host/hostess, server, or bartender is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing and cash handling. Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs is a plus, demonstrating ability to thrive in energetic settings. Strong time management skills are essential for multitasking during peak hours while maintaining high-quality service. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices ensures compliance with health regulations. Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor help foster positive guest interactions and team collaboration.
