Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages quickly and accurately, following safety and sanitation standards. Operate POS systems such as Square to process transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit payments responsibly. Assist customers with menu selections, upselling items to enhance their experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession areas, including food prep stations, counters, and bathrooms. Manage food safety protocols by adhering to proper food handling, sanitation procedures, and health regulations. Support team members with restocking supplies, and ensuring a smooth flow during busy tournaments. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by engaging positively with guests, addressing inquiries promptly, and resolving issues professionally. Requirements Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and cleaning. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. (Can train) Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude that enhances the guest experience.
