Overview Join our dynamic team as a Fast Food Crew Member and become a vital part of delivering quick, friendly, and efficient service to our valued customers. Duties Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established standards, maintaining high levels of food safety and sanitation. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders efficiently and accurately. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders with enthusiasm, and upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring accuracy in all sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations through bussing, sanitation, and food handling best practices. Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, fries, or beverages while adhering to food safety standards. Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple responsibilities like serving customers, food prep, and cleaning to ensure quick service delivery. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math for upselling opportunities. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that encourages guest satisfaction. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; restaurant experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
