JOB DUTIES
- MUST have a clean driving record
- MUST be able to lift 45 pounds
- Take quality photos of all rooms
- Measure and properly label all rooms
- Demonstrate a positive manner at all times and proved superior customer service
- Demonstrate a respectful demeanor while driving the Troy Kerrn Home Marketing vehicles or wearing Troy Kerrn Home Marketing merchandise
- Demonstrate timely responses (within 5 minutes)
- Putting out/picking up: for sale signs, sold signs, sold riders, open house signs, lockboxes, etc.
