As a Carhop, you'll be the friendly face that brings delicious food directly to our guests' cars, making their visit memorable and enjoyable. This role is perfect for individuals who love providing excellent customer service, enjoy working in a lively environment, and want to earn tips along with their hourly pay. No matter your background, if you're motivated and ready to serve with a smile, we want to hear from you! Duties Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to guests' vehicles, ensuring a positive experience. Take customer orders using POS systems like Aloha or Micros, handling transactions smoothly and efficiently. Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks when needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining and service areas, including bussing tables and cleaning trays. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while providing friendly cashiering service. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for both guests and team members. Skills Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail math is a plus but not required—training will be provided! Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and warmly with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales upselling. Knowledge of food preparation, food safety standards, and sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is helpful but not mandatory—training will be available.
