Duties:

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including dining and food preparation spaces. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals through effective upselling techniques. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers. Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and reporting any shortages or discrepancies. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance culinary skills and product knowledge. Experience Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants, is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food safety practices and cash handling procedures is an asset. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
