The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly line operations and possess mechanical knowledge to contribute effectively to our production goals. This role involves working with various hand and power tools, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line to produce high-quality products. Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks and repairs as needed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Assist in the training of new employees on production processes and equipment usage. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Requirements Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with operating forklifts is a plus; certification may be required. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line processes. Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during shifts. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
