Duties Assist in food preparation and food handling to maintain quality and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cashiering, and sales transactions Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm Support food service operations by bussing tables, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring sanitation protocols are followed Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cash register operations and basic math calculations Contribute to a safe environment by adhering to food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and active communication abilities Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Experience in culinary tasks or kitchen environments is advantageous but not mandatory Reliable time management skills with the ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us today and be part of a lively team committed to delivering memorable experiences through exceptional service!
