Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in the Rock n' Roll Cafe here at the Roller Cave. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. You will be responsible for assisting customers, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Operate cash registers and POS systems to process transactions efficiently. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by sanitizing surfaces and equipment regularly. Assist in restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications Previous experience in a fast paced food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members. Willingness to help others and work as part of a team in the kitchen or front of house.
