What you'll do As a Front Line Team Member, you'll help guests from the moment they arrive until they leave with their order. Welcome guests with a smile and a warm greeting Enter orders accurately into the point-of-sale system Collect payments and handle transactions correctly Prepare front-line items such as custard, shakes, sundaes, slushies, soft drinks, and other treats Assist with the production of custard items Learn the menu so you can answer questions and make recommendations Keep your station clean, safe, stocked, and ready for the current shift and the next shift Help with daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning projects Support teammates and complete other tasks assigned by management You may be a great fit if you Like talking to people and making guests feel welcome Can smile, stay positive, and keep moving during busy rushes Are dependable and show up ready to work Can follow directions and learn routines Care about cleanliness, accuracy, and teamwork Have a high school diploma — or are a high school student currently enrolled in an approved early release or work program Want a stable, year-round job where you can grow into more responsibility over time
