Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient transactions Assist with food preparation and food handling to maintain quality standards and safety regulations Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and balancing registers Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks when needed, ensuring smooth coordination between front and back of house Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, turning challenges into positive interactions Support inventory management by monitoring supplies and assisting with stock replenishment Experience Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required—enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key! Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures is advantageous Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell and promote menu items confidently Basic math skills for cash handling, grocery store transactions, and retail math calculations Experience working in a café or restaurant environment helps build a solid foundation for success in this role Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
