Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking orders accurately. Assist in food preparation and ensure all food items are prepared according to safety and quality standards. Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently for order processing and payments. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the safe handling of all food products. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Perform basic math calculations for order accuracy and inventory management. Support sales initiatives by promoting menu items and special offers to customers. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required. Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and inventory tasks. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while helping others succeed. Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and coworkers. Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of operation.
