In this role, you'll be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service while supporting daily operations. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a quick and friendly manner. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and maximize sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment following food safety guidelines. Support food handling, bussing tables, and managing food storage to keep the store organized. Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper food safety practices are followed. Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing. Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and good communication abilities. Willingness to learn POS systems like Aloha or Micros and develop culinary skills if needed. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and evenings as required.
