The AT&T Team Member will showcase enterprise-grade fiber internet, wireless plans, and the integrated connectivity that helps business customers stay competitive. As an AT&T Team Member, you will receive training on identifying inefficiencies in business processes and positioning AT&T as the ultimate solution. The AT&T Team Member will also develop expertise in value-driven sales strategies, learning to articulate ROI and empower clients to make informed decisions that streamline their daily operations. Every AT&T Team Member contributes to business growth by supporting customer acquisition efforts and helping drive overall sales performance. Responsibilities of the AT&T Team Member Introduce customers to AT&T Business services in person through sales interactions that focus on understanding and supporting their business needs Learn sales techniques to uncover customer challenges and effectively position relevant business solutions Assist in generating sales opportunities by engaging customers in person and educating them on available business service offerings Build trust with customers by providing accurate information, attentive support, and a positive experience in every interaction Participate in AT&T Team Member training focused on business sales development, customer engagement, and account management fundamentals Support sales initiatives designed to expand business accounts and strengthen market presence Follow up with prospective customers to answer questions and support the sales process Learn how business accounts are developed and expanded while helping customers evaluate solutions that support their operational goals Qualifications of the AT&T Team Member A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred Interest in sales or customer service is a plus; no prior experience needed Strong organizational ability to manage business accounts and service activations Positive attitude that supports professional, approachable sales interactions Commitment to helping companies access AT&T Business connectivity solutions Strong communication skills and willingness to learn Motivated to grow professionally as an AT&T Team Member The AT&T Team Member role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, learning how businesses operate, and developing confidence in professional conversations.
