As a Hospitality Team Member, you will provide outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations by being attentive and courteous. The Dining Room Hospitality Host/Hostess embraces our mission to "care always" by: Greeting each guest with a smile and a warm welcome. Taking initiative and proactively assisting with tasks. Maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room and restrooms. Connecting with guests through conversations and providing 2nd Mile Service.
