As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff. Your responsibilities will include for the front of the house position of running the register and as well as the drive up. The Back of the house you will be assisting with food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and providing support in various operational tasks. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with their needs. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces. Assist in food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations. Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently to process orders and handle transactions. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Experience Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn! Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus. Experience with sales or upselling techniques is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating strong communication skills.
