Responsibilities Prepare and assemble sandwiches with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Greet customers warmly, taking their orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to food safety guidelines and sanitation protocols Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Restock ingredients and supplies promptly to keep the service area organized and fully stocked Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen operations during busy periods Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred; experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants is a plus Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in a café, grocery store, or retail environment is beneficial Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed Join us as a Sandwich Artist and become part of a lively team dedicated to delivering quality food with exceptional service!
