Overview:
YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE THURSDAY THRU SATURDAY AND SOME SUNDAYS
!YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER.
We are seeking a Concession Stand Worker to join our team. As a Concession Stand Worker, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our concession stand. If you have a passion for food service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand area
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
- Follow all food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating transactions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team Please note that this is a paid position.
