You will be responsible for food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This position requires a passion for the food industry and a commitment to quality service in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, for order processing Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen and dining spaces Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of customers Assist with bussing tables and maintaining an organized dining area Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours Skills Strong culinary experience with a focus on food preparation and handling Proficient in using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Experience in sales techniques, particularly upselling in a food service context Solid customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred Familiarity with kitchen operations and grocery store environments is a plus Join our team as a Food Service Team Member where you can grow your skills in the dynamic food industry while providing outstanding service to our valued customers.
