In this lively role, you'll be the friendly face behind the counter, ensuring each guest feels welcomed, valued, and satisfied. Your energy and excellent communication skills will help create a vibrant atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This position is vital in delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service that embodies our commitment to hospitality and guest relations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with their To-Go orders in a lively, engaging manner Prepare and package food orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Manage order pickups with accuracy using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Communicate clearly with team members to ensure timely order completion and delivery to guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the To-Go station, including packaging supplies and work area Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction Follow phone etiquette protocols when taking orders over the phone or assisting guests remotely Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and ready for pickup on time Qualifications Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred; experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to create a welcoming atmosphere Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Experience in hotel or guest services can be beneficial but is not required Demonstrated teamwork skills and a positive attitude that promotes a lively, energetic environment This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
