Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring a positive dining experience. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, maintaining high quality. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and restocking supplies as needed. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining basic math skills for processing payments. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or a quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
