Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the entertainment industry? Holiday Lanes in Bossier City, LA, is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Team Member to fill a position in the arcade.

Responsibilities:

Technician:

Able to diagnose and troubleshoot minor mechanical errors. Able to use hand and power tools in a safe manner to repair electronic and mechanical entertainment units. Able to use good judgement when deciding best course of action for repairs and parts ordering.

Cashier:

Great with kids & problem solving. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving any concerns or issues. Maintain a clean and organized cashier station. Keeping arcade games clean.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and positive attitude. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
