Dunkin Crew Member

We are seeking positive, experienced individuals to join our team. Crew Members are generally responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences . They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet guests' needs and give them a reason to come back.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Start time at 5AM-6AM Ending time is between 11PM-Midnight. Support the manager in daily operations. Extremely dependable; Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision. Strong decision-making skills. Focus on 100% Guest Satisfaction. Adheres to all company and brand policies, procedures and standards. Perform as a member of the crew in food production, cash handling, guest service, store cleanliness and organization. Assume assigned duties as required. Participation in store level preventative maintenance of all equipment and machines.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older. Previous restaurant or cashier experience. Be positive, self-motivated with integrity; strong work ethic; ability to multi-task. Excellent interpersonal skills to provide the highest level of customer service Strong communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and able to stand for extended periods of time.

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour
