Responsibilities:

Greet all guests with a sincere smile and enthusiasm. Demonstrate company service expectations when serving guests. Accurately process cash and credit card transactions. Collect money, accurately count change and deliver the order. Thank the guest and invite them to return. Accurately take orders, including up-selling and suggestive selling menu items. Smile, be friendly and polite. Listen and follows directions. Respond positively to feedback. Be honest and courteous when communicating with guests, team members and managers. Perform other duties as assigned by managers. Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and friendly service to customers in a way that will exceed customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction Follow procedures to prepare food products for customers, maintaining the highest level of product quality and cleanliness Cooks are also responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of food preparation area, storage areas, equipment, and utensils.
