ÙR Teas is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Back of House Team Member to join our modern tea brewery. This role is essential in ensuring our brewing process runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and equipment care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Filtering and Kegging
• Assist in filtering and kegging large batches of tea, ensuring product quality and consistency

• Sanitation:

• Wash, sanitize, and maintain all brewing equipment, tools, and workspaces to meet health and safety standards

• Dishwashing:

• Efficiently wash dishes and utensils used during the cooking shift, ensuring a clean environment for continued operations
• Attention to

Detail:

• Monitor product quality during processing and adhere to strict protocols to prevent contamination

• Equipment Care:

• Handle expensive, custom-made equipment with care, demonstrating a swift yet cautious work ethic.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a kitchen, brewery, or food production environment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability.
