Coming Soon to the Freret District in Uptown! Ruthie's Frozen Custard is looking for enthusiastic and dependable Crew Members who love creating great experiences for our guests as we open for the first time. As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in delivering friendly, fast, and high-quality service while helping maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Ruthie's has a very simple mission: Be a place people want to go. Our crew members are the most essential element of achieving that goal.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet every guest with a warm, genuine smile and friendly attitude Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and making menu recommendations Prepare frozen custard treats accurately and consistently according to company standards Maintain attention to detail when assembling orders and handling cash or card transactions Keep the service area, equipment, and dining space clean and organized Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality Support teammates and contribute to a positive, respectful team environment Follow food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

A naturally friendly personality and passion for helping people Excellent attention to detail and pride in doing things right Reliable work ethic and willingness to work hard as part of a team Ability to stay positive and focused in a fast-paced environment Dependability and punctuality Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus (but not required) Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift items up to 40lbs as needed Availability to work evenings and weekends Must be 18 years of age or older.
