Job Description

NOW HIRING DELI ASSOCIATE
Location:
1150 West Street, South Amherst, MA 01002
Education Level:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Work Experience:
Minimum 1 year related experience preferred
Skills/Certifications/Licenses:
Serv Safe & Allergen Awareness Training Work Schedule:
Full Time and Part Time Evening shifts (11am - 7:30pm or 3pm - 7:30pm). At least one weekend shift is required.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service Assisting customers with questions or directing them to someone who can assist Sales Cleaning/Sanitation Answering telephones Teamwork & communication Refill & rotate case items Make sandwiches to order according to customer requests Assisting with catering prep Slicing meat & cheese to order for customers Properly & efficiently using deli scales Wash dishes Chop fruit & vegetables for salad bar Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment Replenish supply inventory Sweep & mop the floor Refill & rotate salad bar items Refill & rotate pre-made sandwiches & wraps
KEY JOB DUTIES
