    • Join our hospitality team and gain hands-on experience working alongside industry professionals across diverse functions.
    This internship is designed to develop your skills and competencies to thrive in the fast-paced world of hospitality and contract food service. You'll work closely with leadership within your sector and account, gaining exposure to operations, marketing, guest services, sales and catering, problem-solving, innovation, and client relationship management.
    • What You'll Learn & Do:
    • + Contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences and client relations + Provide operational support across front-of-house, back-of-house, catering, marketing, and administrative functions + Support the execution of operational standards and contractual commitments + Assist with financial activities, including profit & loss and loss prevention + Help ensure safety, quality assurance, and compliance with food safety standards + Participate in associate learning and development initiatives + Gain experience in people management, including scheduling and time management + Assist with inventory management and loss prevention •
    Learning Objectives:
    • + Develop awareness, understanding, and skills to succeed in diverse hospitality environments + Gain practical experience through observation and active participation in multiple hospitality functions
    • Minimum Qualifications:
    • + Genuine interest in the hospitality and service industry + Experience, knowledge, or studies related to hospitality (preferred but not required) + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + Positive attitude and eagerness to learn + Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
    • Preferred Interests:
    • + Sustainability and environmental impact (e.g., carbon "foodprint," farm-to-fork practices) + Quality assurance and food safety + Contract food service management This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop foundational hospitality skills while working in a variety of operational settings, setting you up for a successful career in the field. ​
