Responsibilities Prepare fresh sandwiches and salads according to established recipes and customer preferences with precision and care Greet guests warmly, taking their orders efficiently while providing excellent service that exceeds expectations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards at all times Restock ingredients, condiments, and supplies promptly to keep the station fully equipped for busy periods Assist in managing the flow of customers during peak hours by supporting team members and ensuring timely service Follow all food safety procedures, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices Engage with customers positively, answer questions about menu items, and offer suggestions to enhance their experience Skills Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that makes guests feel welcome Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic food preparation knowledge or willingness to learn food safety standards and procedures Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues as needed Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory; training provided Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels great guest experiences!
