This Verizon Team Member opportunity is designed for individuals who enjoy networking with people, and learning new skills. As a Verizon Team Member, you will work directly with customers, helping them understand Verizon products and services. You'll introduce service options, answer questions, and assist customers throughout the enrollment process while delivering a positive customer experience. Hands-on training will be provided, as well as mentorship, and ongoing support, making this Verizon Team Member role the perfect opportunity to position you for success and help you build experience in a customer facing environment. What You'll Do as a
Verizon Team Member:
You will meet with customers in person to discuss products and services Assist customers with new enrollments, account updates, and service upgrades As a Verizon Team Member you will help identify customer needs and recommend solutions that fit their household or business requirements Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every face to face interaction Maintain accurate customer information What qualifies you for this Verizon Team Member role: Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and ability to learn fast Comfortable working with customers in face-to-face settings Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented Ability to follow training and company procedures Previous experience in customer service, or sales is helpful but not required At Prime Point Consulting, every Verizon Team Member plays an important role in helping customers discover the benefits of our products.
