Responsibilities :

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items to company standards. Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to Jersey Mike's quality guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, dining area, and workstations. Assist with stocking and replenishing supplies as needed.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required. Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Basic math skills for cash handling.
