With a growing bakery and deli, we pride ourselves on offering a wide range of fresh foods, specialty items, and homemade treats, including our famous ice cream. Summary We are looking for a Deli Associate to join our team at Randall's Farm. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving delicious deli items. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for quality and freshness in all our offerings. Varied shifts available including weekend donut shifts. Responsibilities Prepare and serve deli items to customers with a focus on quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist customers with their selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations on products. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed. Requirements Previous experience in food service or a deli environment is preferred. Must be available afternoon and evenings Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while providing outstanding customer service. Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable.
