REQUIREMENTS

Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments Meet safety and sanitation standards Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations Works well in a team environment Must be 18 Must have own transportation Must be able to work early morning shifts Each Dunkin is independently owned. Our network has three companies that own independent stores within the Sutton, Whitinsville and Uxbridge areas.
