Crew Member - Late Night/Closing Shift

Position Overview The essential functions and position standards of a crew member are listed below. Generally, it is necessary for a crew member to be crossed-trained in at least three stations. Each station does not necessarily exist in every restaurant, and sales volumes dictate which station will be used and for how long on each shift. An individual must be able to perform each necessary function satisfactorily. Ensure there is clear communication between the register and food line staff Knowledgeable of the brand and menu items Follow sanitation and safety procedures Greet customers to make them feel comfortable and welcome
