Barrels & Boards Food Truck - Raynham, MA (Travel Required) Position Overview Barrels & Boards is seeking motivated and experienced team members to join our Food Truck and Mobile Catering team for the upcoming season. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and enjoy working a variety of events—from large-scale festivals to private catered functions. Team members will be responsible for supporting all aspects of food truck operations, including food preparation, cooking, service, and maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency consistent with the Barrels & Boards brand. Key Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating in a high-volume environment Execute service efficiently during busy events and peak periods Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck and workstations Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Provide excellent customer service at public and private events Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations Assist with setup and breakdown of events as needed Qualifications Previous food service experience required Culinary experience or kitchen training preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset Excellent communication and time management skills Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license required Flexible schedule with open availability preferred Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight Work Environment This position operates in a mobile kitchen environment with varying conditions, including outdoor events, festivals, and private functions. Team members should be comfortable working in tight spaces, high temperatures, and dynamic settings.
