Howling Wolf Job Summary:

The Howling Wolf Taqueria is seeking a motivated individual with a strong sense of self-direction, organizational and communication skills. The Take-Out Server plays a crucial role in making sure to-go orders are input, bagged correctly, and done within a timely fashion. This role requires someone who can be very proficient under pressure with an upbeat attitude. (being bilingual is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phones and assisting customers with any questions. Taking customers' orders with care and accuracy to ensure all orders are correct. Adhering to allergy protocol while communicating them to the kitchen. Doing side-work, stocking and keeping the station clean. Preparing salsa and chips to sell every day. Occasionally preparing large catering orders. Informing customers of the ingredients in every dish and how they are prepared.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience working with the public/food is not required but a plus. Ability to read and write English. Strong organization skills. A team player with good communication skills. Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure.

High school diploma:

or equivalent is desirable. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point of sale technology

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to reach, bend, and stoop. Ability to work adjacent to a hot, humid environment for long periods.
