Overview Join our small and vibrant team as a Pizza & Sandwich Maker, where your culinary skills and passion for food will shine! In this dynamic role, you'll be the creative force behind crafting delicious pizzas and sandwiches that delight our customers. Your energy and attention to detail will ensure every order is prepared with precision, speed, and care. This position is seasonal, from April/May through October. There is potential to grow with us! Responsibilities Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas and sandwiches according to established recipes and customer specifications Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including wood-fired ovens, slicers, and food prep tools Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food prep area, adhering to food safety regulations Manage multiple orders simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash register transactions accurately using POS systems Assist with food handling, stocking ingredients, and maintaining inventory levels to ensure smooth kitchen operations Assist with wine shop, espresso bar & cocktail/wine bar when needed Learn all areas of the business from coffee bar, cheese & charcuterie, kitchen & pizza, bar, and wine room Create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers and build relationships with the community Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or the food industry is preferred but not required; culinary experience is a plus Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as lifting ingredients or equipment Join us to bring your culinary talents to life! Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
