Front of House Team Member

Part-time and full-time opportunities available (18-40hrs/week) We're looking for energetic and team-oriented members to join our team! Front of the house team members are a representation of our brand and should aim to make each customer interaction memorable and special as we strive to provide excellent customer service. As a team member you will be taking customer orders via phone, make their orders while ensuring that every single order is of the highest quality and is made correctly, make coffee, be able to answer any questions about our menu and/or our imported Greek items, and ring the customers up. A front of the house team member is responsible for keeping the front of the house clean and organized, refilling the dessert display case and the salad unit and restocking the retail products. Being able to work with a sense of urgency and multitask is a must to be able to handle a fast-paced work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

Availability between 10am-4pm or 3pm-10:00pm (hours may vary) Excellent customer service, great communication skills and a desire to engage with our customers. Must be reliable, on time and ready to work. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Multitask and work with a sense of urgency Great communication skills and great problem solving skills. Must be able to think quickly and work under pressure as we are a high volume establishment.
