In this role, you'll support daily operations by assisting with food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming space. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, ensuring quality standards and food safety protocols are met at all times Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and transactions Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including bussing tables, cleaning equipment, and adhering to food safety standards Support kitchen operations by managing food handling tasks and ensuring timely delivery of orders Contribute to a fast-paced environment by managing multiple tasks such as serving customers, restocking supplies, and supporting team members as needed Requirements Previous experience in Dunkin environments is preferred but not required Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities Ability to work effectively in a team setting within a retail or grocery store environment Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests!
