What You'll Actually Do

  • Depending on eligibility Minimum Requirements
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
Lifting:
Routinely handling items up to 5-25 lbs and occasionally handling items 40-50 lbs
    Bending:
    For accessing low areas and handling items.
      Reaching:
      For accessing high areas and handling items, includes building salads and restocking ingredients
        Standing/Walking:
        Extended periods, including moving between areas
          Squatting:
          For accessing low areas and handling items
            Pulling:
            Managing tasks that require pulling items or equipment
              Manual Dexterity:
              Typing, interacting with systems, handling tools (knives, thermometers, POS systems), and managing cleaning tools
                Physical Mobility:
                Navigating stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and using equipment
                  Physical Endurance:
                  Maintaining energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
                    Coordination:
                    Balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items or equipment in tight spaces
