Job Description

Job Overview:
Mad City Coffee is seeking energetic and customer-focused Café Crew Members to support daily café operations and deliver excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate will assist with beverage preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages Greet customers and take orders professionally Operate POS system and process payments accurately Maintain cleanliness of café counters, seating areas, and equipment Restock ingredients, cups, and café supplies Support team members during busy service periods Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
Previous café or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset Willingness to learn and support team operations
