Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a positive experience. Prepare and serve food and beverages (e.g., smoothies, shakes, breakfast sandwiches, coffee drinks, salads). Maintain cleanliness of café areas, including tables, counters, equipment, kitchen, floors, and restrooms. Manage inventory, including stocking products, rotating supplies, tracking usage, and alerting ownership when stock is low. Operate POS system, handle cash accurately, and complete daily cash reconciliation. Perform opening and closing duties efficiently, ensuring the café is well-organized and ready for customers. Conduct daily inventory checks, recording and reporting inventory needs promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout your shift, leaving the café clean, stocked, and ready for the next team member.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude. Reliable transportation to and from work. Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn; capable of working independently without constant supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization. No experience necessary—we will train you!
