Snack Shack Attendant

The Royal Anchor Resort's beachfront tiki bar, Water's Edge, is now hiring a Snack Shack Attendant for the 2026 season! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people in a fun, fast-paced beach environment. Our snack shack serves simple beachside favorites, frozen treats, drinks, and light hot food items with minimal prep required. We use a TurboChef oven for select heated menu items, allowing for quick and efficient service.

Position Details Seasonal position:

May 24th through mid-October Peak summer-only availability is welcome Typical shifts range from 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM Tipped position What You'll Do Take guest orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and assemble food items Heat select menu items using a TurboChef oven Hand out completed orders to guests Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace Operate the POS/cash register system and handle payments What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and dependable individuals Comfortable working independently after training Strong customer service and communication skills Interest in hospitality, food service, or guest experience is a plus No previous experience required — we're happy to train the right person Requirements Must be at least 16 years old Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of a shift Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must be comfortable handling money and operating a POS system If you enjoy working around people, sunshine, music, and the beach, we'd love to hear from you.
